wfp justice fund

Justice is on the ballot.

The WFP Justice Fund is a new grassroots PAC to build power for the movement. We will defend bold elected officials who come under attack and elect the next generation of leaders who will invest in what really keeps us safe.

It’s time to match our movement’s power in the streets with power in city halls.

Local elected officials have incredible power. They control city budgets, and they can choose to design budgets that invest in what really keeps us safe: jobs, housing, mental health and education and proven strategies like community violence interrupters.

We deserve elected officials who will stand on the freedom side.

We who believe in freedom will stand together to elect those leaders in cities around the country.

submit a candidate.

Do you know a candidate or current elected official who you think deserves the support of the WFP Justice Fund?

The WFP Justice Fund will support candidates for local office (both incumbents and challengers) who are bold on safety for all of us, and who refuse money from law enforcement sources.

Suggest a champion in your community using this form. Please indicate on the form if you're submitting yourself.

The WFP Justice Fund will identify the boldest local elected leaders who are under attack and the most transformative new candidates for local office.

We will support them by:

  • Making direct contributions to counter-balance right-wing and racist money

  • Funding organizing and other expenditures to build grassroots power and deepen support for candidates we believe in

  • Creating calls to action to engage supporters across the nation to stand with our champions.

And we will win.
